Renters Choice Homes are operated by seasoned professionals who have been in the long term rental industry for many years. We act as Letting Agents, Estate Agents, Realtors and Property Managers for absentee rental owners in the Kissimmee St Cloud and Davenport areas of Central Florida.

Nick McCormack - Senior Manager oversees all day to day running of the company & customer service. There isn't much about managing homes that Nick doesn't know about. He's a seasoned property manager who used to come to the office after school and on weekends to help out. He's now 33 so with 20 years experience there isn't much that gets by Nick.

Nicole Nichols - General Property Manager/Realtor born and raised in Florida. Nicole has been a part of our family rental business since 2004. We're very proud to have her on our team. She's very familiar with all aspects of property management and rentals. Nicole (as of 2012), has eight years experience with long term rentals and sales. She's in charge of showing homes & listing homes for rent or sale. Assisting with homeowner inquires and tenant relations. Whatever your query, Nicole will be able to help.

Dee Glassgow - The admin manager and can be found in the office fielding your questions, processing work orders and data entry. Dee was born and raised in the UK and is a naturalized US citizen. She's the newest member of the team she joined us after being laid off after 17 year from Virgin Atlantic. Richards loss was our gain. She has also been a personal friend of the McCormack family since 1991.


Anne-Marie McCormack is the broker of record and heads up the team at Renters Choice Homes. Her years of property management, rentals and sales experience are put into practice on a daily basis. We conduct all policies and procedures, marketing, sales,rentals, accounting and general administration Anne-Marie's way. Her system has been formulated and tweaked over the years- and with 22 years of experience.

The McCormack's are Owner/operators of Renters Choice have 22 years experience in vacation rentals, long term rentals, sales and management right here in Kissimmee Florida. Very few people have as much experience or knowledge about this market, industry or area as they do. Anne-Marie was born and raised in Manchester UK. She has been a Kissimmee resident since 1991 and is a naturalized US citizen.

Jon McCormack was born in Harlan Iowa. He over sees the sub-contractors for repairs, pools, lawns and pest control. Jon used to have his own home inspection company and was a certified "NACHI", inspector. He spot checks the homes on a regular basis thereby ensuring that our managed homes are kept to the highest standards.

Monday thro Friday 9am-5pm by appointment either at your home or at our administration office. We are available for routine inquires during regular business hours and we provide an emergency service 24/7.
