Anne-Marie McCormack heads up the team at Great Escape Villas & Renters Choice Homes. In charge of all policies and procedures, marketing,sales, rentals, accounting and general administration.

She created the Welcome Homes Group of Companies back in 1994 and sold in 2004. Now, she focuses working with owners on a one-to one basis. Very few people have as much experience or knowledge about this market, industry or area as Anne-Marie; With eighteen years of hands on sales, STR, and long term rentals & management right here in Kisssimmee Florida! Anne-Marie was born and raised in Manchester UK. She has been a Kissimmee resident since 1991 and is a naturalized US citizen.

Jon McCormack ( Anne-Marie's husband) born in Harlan Iowa heads up the maintenance crew. He over sees the sub-contractors for repairs, pools, lawns and pest control. Jon has his own home inspection company and is certified by "NACHI", he inspects the homes on a regular basis thereby ensuring that our managed homes are kept to the highest standards.

Nicole Nichols is our General Manager and reports directly to Anne-Marie. Nicole has been Anne-Marie's PA since 2004 and is very familar with all aspects of the business. Whatever your query, Nicole is very good at trouble shooting and responding in a timely mannor.

Brian & Valerie Ferdinando- Head House Keepers. Ensuring the homes cleanliness is not an easy job. It takes special people who really care about what they do in order to keep the standards high. They are highly experienced and are very important team members. They have been associated with Anne-Marie for 9 years and we're very proud to have them as our house keepers.

Business Hours & Location
Monday thro Friday 9am-5pm by appointment either at your home or at our administration office. Saturdays are our busiest days for arrivals and departures so, we reserve them exclusively for inspecting, checking homes etc. We are available for routine inquires during regular business hours and we provide an emergency service 24/7.

We return all calls and emails promptly even if it is just to say we’re looking into the matter. Some things require extensive investigations and once we’ve completed our investigation we will be in a position to tell you what has gone on and what if anything needs to be done to correct the situation.
