Renters Choice Homes are operated by seasoned professionals who have been in the industry for many years. Anne-Marie McCormack heads up the team at Renters Choice Homes. In charge of all policies and procedures, marketing,sales, rentals, accounting and general administration.

Anne-Marie created the Welcome Homes Group of Companies back in 1994 and sold in 2004. Anne-Marie has 20 years experience in vacation rentals, long term rentals, sales and management right here in Kissimmee Florida. Very few people have as much experience or knowledge about this market, industry or area as Anne-Marie. Anne-Marie was born and raised in Manchester UK. She has been a Kissimmee resident since 1991 and is a naturalized US citizen.

Jon McCormack (Anne-Marie's husband) born in Harlan Iowa heads up the maintenance crew. He over sees the sub-contractors for repairs, pools, lawns and pest control. Jon used to have his own home inspection company and was a certified "NACHI", inspector. He spot checks the homes on a regular basis thereby ensuring that our managed homes are kept to the highest standards.


Nick McCormack - IT department, websites, marketing, promoting, trouble shooting. There isn't much about managing homes that Nick doesn't know about. He's a seasoned property manager who grew up in the industry. He used to come to the office after school so he learned the business from an early age.

Nicole Nichols born and raised in Florida. She's Renters Choice general manager and a licensed realtor. Nicole has been Anne-Marie's PA since 2004 and is very familiar and extremely efficient in all aspects of management and rentals. Whatever your query, Nicole will be able to help.

Dee Glassgow is the admin manager and can be found in the office fielding your questions, processing work orders and data entry. Dee was and born and raised in the UK and is a naturalized US citizen. She's the newest member of the team she joined us from Virgin Atlantic. Richards loss was our gain!


Mary Sue Haggadone - has been a realtor with us since 2004. She lists, sells and rents homes. She's originally a Georgia girl and has been a Kissimmee resident since the 1980's. She's watched the town grow into what it is today!

Monday thro Friday 9am-5pm by appointment either at your home or at our administration office. We are available for routine inquires during regular business hours and we provide an emergency service 24/7.
