Just a positive stoke from the Johnsons! Renter’s Choice have always dealt with us fairly and efficiently and have done everything we have ever asked them, over and above the call of duty at times. It is always nice to know that, when you are thousands of miles away from your property, you have a company you can rely on to sort out any problems and assist with the day to day running of your home and that you are leaving it is safe hands. Renter’s Choice is that company; we had tried various firms before and were charged a small fortune, let down repeatedly and, in fact, some places even escalated costs to the owner to keep their staff employed. Thank goodness we finally found a down to earth, honest property handling company who have always done their best and are friendly and accessible. | When we moved out of Kissimmee, we looked for a management company to manage and rent our home. The market had turned against us and we simply couldn't sell it at that point in time. Renters Choice Homes rented our home to a really good family. The tenants leased our home for 3 years and kept it immaculate. Dee, you have always been such a pleasure to talk to. You always help out with any questions or concerns that we've had and make sure that they are quickly resolved. Ms. Sue, you have given more than 100% in working with us in our next chapter for 2012. I hope you realize how much that means to us. You all have taken the time to ensure that our year with Renter's Choice is worry and stress free. For example, the refrigerator quit working. I called and explained that it wasn't cooling and that same day Nicole was shopping for a new one, which was delivered the next day! Any other issues were addressed by Mike within a day or two, depending on level of need. We also consider Mike a part of your team and his professionalism and work ethic is outstanding! FROM: Steve Hoffman Subject: Fantastic Service Date: June 9, 2009 To Whom It May Concern: I would like to write in reference to the excellent service I received from everyone at Renter’s Choice. I had a very unusual situation let’s start from the beginning. First they rented my home in just 2 days for more than we expected. Annie-Marie and her husband John took the time to put together a plan to rent my home fast. A couple months into renting, my home experienced some water damage. The problem was due to an uncapped pipe, which was the poor workmanship of the builder. The builder said since the house was over two years old they would not cover the damage. Anne-Marie and John came to the rescue. John having been a General Contractor took apart the wall, found the problem and that the builder’s poor construction was the reason for the damage. John took pictures, we sent them to the builder and the builder still refused to repair the damage at their expense. With the help of Renter’s Choice and their knowledge, the builder changed their mind and repaired the damage at their expense. After 1 year I decided to move back into the house. When I arrived I noticed a couple smoke detectors needed their battery replaced. I had just driven 14 hours, but with the constant beeping I had to replace the battery. While replacing the last battery I fell off the ladder and fractured my leg in 10 places. Keep in mind I was just moving back and did not know many people. I called Renter’s Choice and they arranged an ambulance to take me to the hospital. That same day I had an appointment with the cable company for Internet. Anne-Marie had her assistant, Nicole drive to the hospital to get a key for my home and met the Internet installer. The staff at Renter’s Choice went above and beyond the call of duty. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give them 100. I understand their business since I have a mortgage and real estate background. You will not find another company where they care so much for their clients. They make you feel like family. Everyone at Renter’s Choice will go out of their way to take care of you. | We have known Anne-Marie McCormack since March 2003 when we purchased one of our Florida homes from one of her associates. She is very knowledgeable about Florida properties and is a first class property manager. She responds quickly to any potential problems and nips them in the bud. Nothing is too much trouble for her she goes above and beyond for us.
We bought a second home from her in 2005 and she manages all 3 of my homes. I have found her to be very reliable and trustworthy. I would recommended her services to any homeowner who want to business with a company that actually does what they say they will do. If you need a good straight talking realtor or property manager who will send you income checks in a timely manor, and respond to your phone calls and emails promptly. Then, I would recommend that you hire Anne-Marie as your manager. She has never made us false promises just given us results. Whilst acknowledging that our income would undoubtedly reduce with a long term rental, we held comfort in the fact that we would have less wear and tear, coupled with a guaranteed income. We approached Renters Choice Homes purely in response to a newspaper ad, and arranged a meeting with owner/broker Anne-Marie who with many years experience in the Florida real estate industry, was able to answer all our queries and questions with ease. At no time were we placed under any pressure to avail of her services, and her knowledge of the market is indeed first rate. On our agreeing to Anne-Marie managing our property from August 2007, she has gone over and beyond our expectations in terms of service, not limited to sourcing of tenant, references, house furniture clearance, redecoration, deep clean, management, tax and mortgage advice - literally a one stop shop for all information needs. She has recently introduced an online statement of account allowing tenants access to individual income and expenditure statements. Last but not least, Anne-Marie has a fabulous approach to business, coupled with an incredible sense of humour, making any association with her company a painless and pleasant experience.
